PPM Engineer/ Assett Care Engineer/ Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Salary/Rate£30 000 + Training and Development + Pension + Overtime
Week 1: Mon – Thurs (10.5 days)
Week 2: Tues – Fri (10.5 days)
COMMUTABLE FROM: Beverley, Brough, Driffield, Hessle, Hull, Market Weighton, Malton, Willerby, Howden, Gilberdyke, Cave and Bishop Burton

COMPANY INFORMATION: our client is a leading manufacturer based in the East Yorkshire region. They currently have a number of contracts in place to supply major retailers in the UK. On site they have advanced robotics to ensure manufacturing is as efficient as it possibly can be.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Candidates must have a relevant qualification in Engineering
- Candidates must be competent within a manufacturing environment
- Must have the desire to progress
- Must be able to work individually and in a team
ROLE INFORMATION: The Successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Duties will include machine strip down, clean/ grease/ lubricate parts and rebuild. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying areas on machines that can be improved to increase efficiency and reduce machine downtime.
Other duties will include, attending breakdowns with shift Engineers to learn and develop your own fault finding skills, maintenance and upkeep of the Engineering workshop, manage engineering stores department.
This position would suit a part qualified Engineer that wants to progress into becoming a fully qualified Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, it would also suit Engineers that want to work/ gain experience in the manufacturing industry.
