Administrator/Receptionist

 

Location: Hull

 

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000

 

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm  

 

Skills required:

 

  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Previous front of house  - reception experience desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
  • Confidential and Professional

Duties: The ideal candidate will come from a Customer focussed industry and have strong administration skills. You will be liaising with Directors, clients, suppliers and other members of staff on a daily basis keeping databases up to date and tracking licences, business accreditations and such like ensuring that they are up to date and compliant. Other duties include updating spreadsheets, producing add-hock reports for Directors and Managers. Completing the usual front of house reception cover for the business – meeting and greeting all visitors. Being the first person our clients/visitors see as they arrive at our factory it is vital you are motivated, presentable and confidential at all times.
