COMMUTABLE FROM:  Hull, Beverley, Brigg, Bridlington, Cottingham, Driffield, Doncaster, Hedon, Howden, Goole, Scunthorpe



  • £25000 per annum

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is a specialist manufacturing firm who supply their products across the world including North America, the former soviet states and many developing countries. The firm is very well established and have an ever-growing order book. They have recently set out on expanding after a busy period during the pandemic and have excellent growth plans set out for the business and it’s staff for the coming years.



  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently with several pieces of paperwork
  • Document filing, both in hard copy files and digital databases
  • Designing computer-based archives and systems to promote efficiency
  • Knowledge of information engineering
  • Knowledge of CAD – not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, use of Excel and Microsoft packages (E)
  • Good communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to present information effectively and appropriately



  • Install, configure, and use software to organise and file technical documentation
  • Administrative review of drawings received, manage version control, collate, and disseminate drawings as and when required
  • Assis with drawing update and revision
  • Proofread technical documents to verify accuracy of information
  • Ensure all document filing systems comply with the relevant rules and all regulations
  • Provide assistance with basic administrative tasks when requested and perform other related support duties such as booking travel, recording expenses etc
