JOB TITLE: Electrical Designer
COMMUTABLE FROM: Based in Hull commutable from Barton, Beverley, Doncaster, Driffield, Hedon, Howden, Goole, Scunthorpe, York

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is a leading Building Services firm, which provides Mechanical and Electrical services to a range of commercial and industrial clients. The client undertake projects across the Yorkshire region, but they do have other offices in the UK.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- An understanding of CAD software – IE; AutoCAD, CADMEP, Revit.
- An understanding of the Electrical Industry and Electrical Design.
- Commercial awareness.
- An ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Experience with Amtech is desirable but this can be trained.
ROLE INFORMATION: This role will require the successful candidate to produce designs and drawings for electrical services to current standards and regulations. This can include Lighting, Wiring and Containment. It can also include Data, Fire, Intruder and Access systems. The candidate will be required to work alongside Estimators, Contract Managers and clients themselves to understand what is required.
