JOB TITLE: Site Manager
COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Lincoln, Doncaster, Sheffield, Leeds, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Gainsborough, Barnsley, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Goole.

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is a UK based construction and development company that works on a variety of projects within the civil, rail and building sectors. Over the last 30 years, our client has become established in the industry, mainly due to large contributions to the public sector, working mainly on highways, bridges and rail. They are currently looking to recruit due an increased workload.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager
- Engineering experience
- A valid UK driving license
- A valid SMSTS card
- Previous experience with civil projects (essential) and roadworks (ideal)
ROLE INFORMATION: The successful candidate will responsible for managing a variety of sites across locations such as Sheffield, Doncaster, Leeds and Rotherham. They will be responsible for ordering materials, managing workers, setting out for engineers and dealing with local authorities.
The first project that the Site Manager would be responsible for is a large roadworks project valued at approximately £3.5 million. Following this there is a large variety of projects in the region that the Site Manager will be expected to manage efficiently.
