JOB TITLE: Part II Architectural Assistant/ Architectural Technician



COMMUTABLE FROM:  Hull, Beverley, Hessle, Barton-upon-Humber, Immingham, Grimsby, Brigg, Scunthorpe, Goole, Selby, Pocklington, York, Hornsea, Withernsea, Driffield, Bridlington.


SALARY: £25-27k Depending on Experience.




Our client is an experienced Architectural firm that works across multiple sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Residential. They are a RIBA accredited practice that works in interior design, consultancy and architectural design across the whole of Yorkshire and Manchester.   



  • Part II architectural qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Revit or Lumion.
  • Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience as an Architectural Assistant or Technician.



The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the principle architect by assisting design using Revit or Lumion. They will also be expected to complete tasks in a timely manor in order to exceed client expectations.


The successful candidate will be required to attend occasional client/ site meetings and therefore access to your own vehicle is essential. They will also be responsible for preparing and submitting packages and reports for application and planning permission.
