JOB TITLE: Mechanical Estimator
COMMUTABLE FROM: Based in Hull commutable from Barton, Beverley, Doncaster, Driffield, Hedon, Howden, Goole, Scunthorpe, York

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is a leading Building Services firm, which provides Mechanical and Electrical services to a range of commercial and industrial clients. The client undertakes projects across the UK.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Estimation Experience
- Technical knowledge of Mechanical Systems
- Commercial awareness
- Previous experience with Amtech is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- An ability to work to tight deadlines.
ROLE INFORMATION: This role will require the successful candidate to analyse drawings and other documentation to prepare bids and take-offs. The candidate will be required to liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to gain quotations. The candidate will be required to work alongside Designers, Contract Managers and clients themselves also.
