Job Description

POSITION:  Technical Co-ordinator

 

COMMUTABLE FROM:  Sheffield, Doncaster, Grimsby, Barnsley, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:  

- £40,000- £45,000

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is a well-established housing construction company that has been around for nearly 50 years, it is a front runner in its industry building 16,000 houses annually in locations all over the country making it one the UKs top construction companies to work for.

 

 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Qualifications in Building or Civil Engineering (HND, HNC, degree)

- Relevant experience in the house building sector

- Ability to manage own workload and meet set deadlines

- Extensive architectural or engineering background (Desirable)

- A good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office package and AutoCAD

- Project management skills

 

 

ROLE INFORMATION:

Due to several large projects being in the pipeline our client is currently looking to expand its team and recruit a setting out engineer who can work independently in terms of planning ahead as well as liaising with follow site workers to ensure that all involved task meet specifications and the project runs efficiently and smoothly.
