JOB TITLE: Part III Architect

 

 

COMMUTABLE FROM:  Oxford, Reading, Abingdon, Dorchester, Didcot, Cumnor, Wheatley, Benson, Wallingford, Grove.

COMPANY INFORMATION:

 

Our client is an established architectural firm that specialises in the residential sector. They are experts in new-build housing, self-builds, extensions & refurbishments.

They are currently looking to recruit due to expansion and an increased workload.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • A Part III Architectural qualification.
  • 2/3 years post part III experience.
  • Previous experience in the residential sector (essential) and extensions (desirable).
  • A UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience using AutoCAD and Sketchup.

 

 

ROLE INFORMATION:

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for running residential projects such as new build, large extensions and lifted buildings. They will be responsible for all RIBA stages and will be required to use AutoCAD and Sketchup.

 

The successful candidate will also be required to attend site visits and discuss requirements with clients.
