SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • £12.00 - £13.69 per hour
  • 26 Holidays + 8 Bank Holidays

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing

Determination and commitment to achieve excellent results

Computer literate with a good competence of standard software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams

Willingness to learn

Must be a good team player with an ability to adapt to changing priorities

Able to liaise with internal departments and business units to support other business operations.

High standard of written and spoken English and numeracy skills

Good interpersonal skills / telephone manner and a flexible approach.

Experience in minute taking and producing reports.

Strong attention to detail

Customer support experience

 

ROLE INFORMATION: This role will provide administrative support to key services within the Governance & Station Office Team.

 

DUTIES:

Ownership of and monitoring COVID stock / supplies and reorder when thresholds have been met.

Site inspections for COVID control compliance, Signs, Face Coverings, and replenishment of materials where required, regular stock checks and reporting.

Work with Team Leaders to understand their purchasing requirements in advance to enable planning and provide a visible point of contact.

Manage the training room bookings and ensure the rooms are well equipped and fit for purpose.

Create new purchase orders, including chemical requirements.

Administration of new SAP access requests.

Chase suppliers for goods and services where not delivered.

Produce reports on purchasing and facilitate resolving purchasing queries. and assisting with Procurement queries.

Ad hoc photocopying/scanning.

Produce minutes for meetings to support the Governance and Station Office Lead.

Producing Stewardship data and analysis.

Collate monthly information in support of the month end internal and external reporting.

Maintain team mailboxes (eg Training Mailbox).

Training meeting room setting out and layout, checking of contents, projector, flipcharts etc
