My client is a food manufacturing company who are looking to recruit a Site Service Engineer to work on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern.

 

Role Information:

The role will be true multi-skilled position and will cover all the site services, facilities and offices on site. The candidate will be expected to look after and repair various equipment including boilers, chillers, fire sprinkling systems, compressors, water treatment plant, HVAC systems, HV generation, office lighting, doors, toilets and the fabric of the building.

 

Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining and developing the building, environment and plant to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Daily, Weekly checks & maintenance of the heating, ventilation, fire protection equipment, pipework & plumbing, alarms, security systems and water treatment in an industrial environment.
  • Boiler checks
  • Mechanical and electrical engineering qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds)
  • Compressor, generator and refrigeration experience essential
