COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Brigg, Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Doncaster, Barton upon Humber and Immingham
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- £26 000 - £29 000 DOE
Earlys: Mon – Fri (6am – 2:30pm)
Lates: Mon – Thurs (1:30pm – 12 Midnight)
COMPANY INFORMATION: Our Client are a leading manufacturer in the Humberside area. They currently do a mix of contract and branded products with an extraordinarily strong client base.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- NVQ Level 2 or higher in Engineering
- Previous experience working within the FMCG sector.
- Held a Manufacturing Technician, Technical Operator, Asset Care Technicians role.
- Able to carry out routine PPM’s on manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on there own
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to record data accurately in a maintenance system.
ROLE INFORMATION: Our client is currently looking to recruit for two manufacturing technicians to join their team the successful candidates will be responsible for;
- Machine clean downs
- Carrying out inspections
- Basic PPM’s
- Oiling/ greasing machinery
- Machine set ups
- Filter changes
- Pipe work changes
- Silo cleaning
This position would be suitable for someone looking to gain further engineering experience within a manufacturing environment and develop their skill set. Training will be provided, and opportunities will be available to progress for candidates that impress and go above and beyond.
