Job Description

JOB TITLE: Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

 

COMMUTABLE FROM:  Barton upon Humber, Brigg, Boston, Immingham, Horncastle, Gainsborough, Grimsby, Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen, Newark-on-Trent.

 

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is a market leader in a specialist industry who supply their products to a range of different sectors including packaging, automotive and engineering. They are a well-established, independently owned manufacturer which have invested heavily in the latest technologies within their field.      

 

 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience in an HSE Management role
  • NEBOSH Diploma/Certificate or Grad IOSH
  • A proactive and responsive approach
  • Good decision making, organisation and communication skills.

 

 

ROLE INFORMATION: The successful candidate will be required to review the HSE strategy and implement improvements across the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting and predicting spend on HSE related matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for inspections and audits across the business, along with taking the lead on accident and near miss investigations.
