JOB TITLE: Maintenance Manager
COMMUTABLE FROM: Barton upon Humber, Brigg, Boston, Immingham, Horncastle, Gainsborough, Grimsby, Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Mablethorpe, Market Rasen, Newark-on-Trent.

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is a market leader in its specialist industry who supply their products to a range of different sectors. They are a well-established, independently owned manufacturer which have invested heavily in the latest technologies within their field.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Multi Skilled Engineer trained to HNC (or equivalent) Level
- Engineering Experience, in a Leadership Role
- Experience of PPMs
- Understanding of High-Volume Manufacturing methods
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Laws
- Flexible with working hours as per site demand
This role is a multi-skilled position, the successful candidate will be required to lead a team of engineers in their daily duties of pre-planned and reactive maintenance whilst making sure H&S values are upheld. The candidate will be responsible for managing planned maintenance on site, whilst also driving improvements and efficiency. They will also be required to implement training and development plans for engineers to ensure needs of the business can be met.
