My client is an established call centre business based in Hull. Due to being awarded a new Inbound campaign, my client is looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis. If you are experienced in providing excellent customer service and looking for a role that offers excellent earning potential, then this role could be for you.

Working as part of the Inbound Sales team the Customer Service Advisors will be responsible for taking high volumes of calls from customers and offer solutions to their queries.  There will be a requirement to up-sell products, but this is purely an inbound role with no cold-calling.  Full training will be provided but customer service experience is essential. A generous commission scheme with excellent earning potential. This is a shift based role working 5 days on 2 days off, therefore some weekend work will be required.
