Location- Commutable from Beverley, Barton, Brough, Cottingham, Driffield, Hessle, Howden, Hull, Goole, Market Weighton, Melton, North Ferriby Welton

You must have the following:

•Must have previous experience working as a skilled operator

• Ideally have some experience of Vacuum Forming or CNC

• Must have experience of machine set ups

Must have their own vehicle due to the location of the site and the working hours

•Must be able to follow Set up and Safe working procedures

- Must be happy working 6-2 and 2-10

-Must have attention to detail and be a true Team Player

•Good interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with stakeholders and cross functional team, a good communicator and ability to deliver results.



The successful candidate will be expected to work a Monday to Friday rotating Morning 6-2 and Afternoons 2-10 shifts pattern

To carry out the duties of operating the vacuum forming machines, producing acrylic skins to meet schedule requirements.  inspecting manufactured material and maintaining housekeeping and health and safety to the required standard.

Key Duties

  • To run to the requirements of the relevant schedules and to carry out line adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent product that is within specification and budget performance.
  • To correctly record and use materials.
  • To ensure correct stock accuracy.
  • To carry out all inspection to the relevant schedules, to comply with specifications.
  • To be responsible for the completion of all relevant documentation, to comply with ISO standards.
  • To work to Health & Safety procedures and report near misses.
  • To continually improve housekeeping standards, to meet GMP.
  • To report hour by hour metrics and escalate Issues in a timely manner to maximise production output
