Salary and Benefits

£21,313 - £24,000 + 33 days holidays including stats + Lots of Overtime at time and a half + Bonus 1-2k

Company

My client is an award winning   manufacturer in a specialist and growing market that supply to a range of different industries including Automotive, Plastics, Food and Drink, Steel and Pharmaceutical. The role after training will be working Monday-Thursday 1:45pm-10pm and Friday 1:45pm-845pm.

You must have the following:

  • You must have some form of manufacturing, assembly or engineering experience
  • Ability to work to production targets and KPIs
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Must have experience of hand tools
  • Must be able to read Engineering drawings
  • Must take real pride in your work
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Must be able to follow set procedures and guidelines

Role:

The role will involve the assembly of various mechanical components such as brackets, tubes, hydraulics, pneumatics and valves. The candidates will be working from engineering drawings building up sub -assemblies using various hand tools including spanners, ratchets, screwdrivers, torque wrenches and specialist measuring equipment. Due to the specialist nature of the work the sub-assemblies must be built to the finest quality standards and tolerances. The client has various roles across the shopfloor including final assembly, Alignment and RF Department.
