 £26,000 - £30,000 + pension + 22 days holiday plus stats which rises with employment

My client is a well-established offsite manufacturer, experiencing significant growth within the Park & Leisure Homes and Modular industries. With an increase in demand in staycations and offsite construction forecast for the foreseeable future, my client is seeking to recruit in to this critical role of general/office manager an individual who can help the team meet the increased demands on time, in full, error free .





  • Experience within offsite manufacture, Park & Leisure Homes and/or Modular Industries
  • Ability to build long term client relationships
  • Commercial awareness
  • Preparing specifications and/or bills of materials for client approval/manufacture
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic office environment, co-ordinating activities with all departments, including Design, Procurement, Production & Operations
  • Excellent communication skills and confident personality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • B2B & B2C sales experience
  • Flexible approach and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail and quality








This is a newly created role and will be reporting directly to the Directors.


This role will be very varied and the post holder will have a focus on Commercial & Sales, the individual will be expected to be involved across several different departments of the business with a key focus on delivering information to the business generally and assessing the impact on other departments.


The position will  involve meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and delivering the specifications to the rest of the business to strict deadlines, followed by communication with the client on progress, delivery dates & and after sales issues.


This key role, will include involvement at the regular Operations Meetings, preparing the business’s project program and monitoring progress throughout the manufacture to ensure delivery on time, in full & error free.
