My client is a leading organisation that supply various products to the care sector. They work closely with distributors and contractors to help drive quality and innovation. They are a growing business looking to recruit a Data Analyst/Business Analyst/IT Support on a Permanent basis.

You must have the following:

• Excellent IT skills with some experience in reporting / systems administration
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task effectively
• Excellent organisation skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of Power BI would be advantageous 

Role: Reporting to the Operations Director, the Data Analyst/Business Analyst/IT Support will be responsible for the systems and reporting function of the business to ensure accuracy of the reports produced. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in integrating new software from all departments to enhance the running of the business.

Duties will include;

• Generate reports from ERP system for various departments

• Manage all aspects of ERP system including permissions, integrations
• Produce data to send to all departments for review
• Assist in the day to day IT tasks and support on a reactive basis 
• Adhoc project work when required
