Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

East Yorkshire – Commutable from Bridlington, Doncaster, Goole, Grimsby, Hull, Scunthorpe, Selby and York

Salary and Benefits - £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Pension+ Car Allowance

Company Information

• Our client is a large main contractor construction company based in East Yorkshire. 
• They are the looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team
• They have a positive outlook and some excellent bid opportunities both with existing and new clients.

You must have the following:

• Must have past experience of working within construction ideally for a main contractor
• Must have a driving license
• Ideally have or be working towards a HNC in a construction based subject
• Must have previously used a recognised estimating software package

Role Information:

The position will be working within the Building and Maintenance team on a range of jobs up to £1.5 Million. The work is very varied and can consist of commercial, industrial and council projects. Due to the nature of the work some project leadership may be required. The projects could be repairs, refurbs, and extensions and new build projects across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
