Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Estimator  

 

East Yorkshire – Commutable from Bridlington, Doncaster, Goole, Grimsby, Hull, Scunthorpe, Selby and York

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £20,000 - £25,000 + Upto 34 Days Annual Leave + Training Funding & Support + other excellent benefits  

 

COMPANY INFORMATION:

 

  • Our client is a Main Contractor based in East Yorkshire 
  • They are the looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Estimator to join their team on a permanent basis
  • They have a positive outlook and some excellent opportunities both with existing and new clients

 

 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • Construction knowledge.
  • Some form of Construction Qualification - HNC standard can be given to      the right candidate
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • High level of numeracy skills and communication skills
  • Must have a driving license.

 

ROLE INFORMATION:

 

Due to an increase in workload, my client is looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.  Reporting to the Divisional Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the cost process from tendering through to construction and final account.  This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a variety of different projects across a variety of sectors.
