JOB TITLE: Shift Production Manager
SHIFT PATTERN: Continental 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
COMMUTABLE FROM: Doncaster, Pontefract, Howden, Selby, Castleford, York, Scunthorpe, Goole, Knottingley, Eggborough, Barlby, Wakefield and Garforth

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Previous Production Management experience
- NEBOSH certificate
- Lean Manufacturing experience (5s, kaizen etc.)
- Excellent Man Management Skills
- Ability to drive continuous improvement
- Experience working within a heavy manufacturing environment
ROLE INFORMATION: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production operatives and production supervisors in a heavy manufacturing environment. Ideally candidates will have good man management skills and be able to lead a team to meet manufacturing targets.
Other duties will include implementing Lean principles to help drive improvements across site, recruitment of Operators and Supervisors, training and development of staff, disciplinary’ s, run and attend management meetings, implement a zero harm culture and constantly promote excellent health and safety standards across site.
