YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience working in a stores environment
- Ability to manage equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Able to manage sub-contractors
- Knowledge of tool, machinery and safety equipment hire
ROLE INFORMATION: The successful candidate will be required to manage stock levels on Machinery, Safety Equipment and Tools ensuring all equipment is inspected and safe to use as well as maintaining all equipment either through PAT testing, organising services with sub-contractors or buying in new equipment to replace outdated stock.
Management of inventory keeping update records/ managing the receipt system with who signed inventory out and making sure it is returned in the same condition.
Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels and working closely with Health and safety department.
