JOB TITLE: Engineering Manager/ Maintenance Manager
COMMUTABLE FROM: York, Bridlington, Scarborough, Malton, Eastfield, Driffield, Stamford Bridge, Beverley, Hull, Pocklington, Market Weighton and Hornsea
SALARY AND BENEFITS:

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our Client is a leading manufacturing company in their industry that currently have orders with a number of large blue chip companies. They sell a number of unique products which has allowed the company to expand and grow.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- HND, HNC, Time served in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven man management skills
- Previous experience leading projects
- Ability to run an engineering department
ROLE INFORMATION: Our Client are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Engineering Manager, ideally the successful candidate will be able to cover both hands on engineering as well as management and admin tasks.
You will also be responsible for running and managing your own engineering department, duties will include, Project Management, writing of PPM’s, implementing a PPM strategy, Team management including task/ job delegation, Carry out any disciplinary’ s, RAMS and SOP’s.
Ideally the successful candidate will have had experience manging Engineering budgets and working with other departments to develop a continuous improvement strategy.
