JOB TITLE: Aftercare Coordinator, Aftersales Administrator, Project Administrator

 

COMMUTABLE FROM:  Hornsea, Hull, Cottingham, Driffield, Beverley, Howden, Willerby, Bridlington, Market Weighton and Hessle etc.

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • £25 000
  • Private pension scheme 4% of your own salary contribution 10% company

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is award winning market leader in the Design and Build sector that have recently secured a number of large orders. Currently they supply a number of different industries that include; Construction, Commercial/ retail, Public Sector and the Private sector.

 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Formal qualification within Business Administration or similar would be advantageous
  • Organisational & prioritising skills
  • Customer service experience
 

 

ROLE INFORMATION: My Client are currently looking to recruit a Proactive Administrator to join their aftercare team, this is a new role in the business and requires the successful candidate to come from a Project Administration, Aftersales or Aftercare background. Duties will include:

 

  • To provide administrative support to the Aftercare manager and wider team
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders, dealing with queries, managing the ‘post and holds’ and liaise with the accounts team
  • To manage first-hand client calls and queries
  • To manage our permanent space defects and resolve in a timely manner
  • Feed back to the client with maintenance updates within our set KPIs
  • Organise equipment/plant for Aftercare defects
  • Attend sites for Aftercare handovers/ end of defects reviews
