COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is award winning market leader in the Design and Build sector that have recently secured a number of large orders. Currently they supply a number of different industries that include; Construction, Commercial/ retail, Public Sector and the Private sector.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Candidates must have;
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working on bespoke ERP systems
- Administration or finance Qualifications would be advantageous
ROLE INFORMATION: Applicants will have previous experience working within a busy finance department adding invoices and credit notes to the Purchase Ledger and matching them to the correct PO numbers as well as this applicants will also have experience taking calls from suppliers looking for payment and advise on the status of the invoice.
Other duties include populating the on hold report, preparing the CIS return, preparing Payment/ retention reports, covering cash flow and any other ad hoc duties assigned by the FD.
