COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is award winning market leader in the Design and Build sector that have recently secured a number of large orders. Currently they supply a number of different industries that include; Construction, Commercial/ retail, Public Sector and the Private sector.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience working with Revit
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good management skills
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Must have experience in the Construction industry
- Driving Licence
ROLE INFORMATION: My Client are currently looking to recruit a Design Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible reviewing all Design teams and Contractors designs ensuring the meet the clients specification/ requirements.
Other duties will involve coordination of design matter between all relevant stakeholders, resolve any issues with designs, coordinate deign meetings and promote company ethos through the design team. The successful candidate must have experience within the construction industry and must have had experience manging and developing Junior Designers.
