Job Description

JOB TITLE: Labourer (12 month contract)

 

COMMUTABLE FROM:  Cranbrook, Exeter, Exmouth, Honiton, Silverton, Tiverton, Taunton, Torquay

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • £9.77ph
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Mon – Fri (8 – 10 hours)
  • Training

 

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our Client is a leading Energy provider in the UK, they are currently involved in building district heating schemes across the UK.

 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • A Valid CSCS/ CPCS card
  • Experience working in a construction environment
  • Civil engineering experience
  • Experience operating heavy machinery would be an advantage
  • Experience with pipework or district heating schemes would be an advantage.

 

ROLE INFORMATION: Our client are currently looking to take on a labourer for initially 12 months (with possible extensions) to help with the construction of their district heating scheme. The successful candidate will be responsible for digging trenches and laying piping to both commercial and domestic properties.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team so excellent communication skills are essential.

Please note candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to get to sites.
