Location: South Yorkshire/Lincolnshire


Commutable from: Sheffield, Doncaster, Wakefield, Wetherby, Selby, Thirsk, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Hull, Gainsborough, Huddersfield, Worksop, Mansfield etc.   



£45,000 - £60,000 Dependent on Experience + Company Car/Car Allowance + excellent benefits package



My client is reputable and award winning residential developer based in the Yorkshire Region.  Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to recruit a Land Manage Land Manager on a permanent basis.  





  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good understanding of the planning and development industry
  • Computer Literate including the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint





Reporting to the Land Director, the Land Manager will be responsible for securing Land Opportunities in the Yorkshire Region. The successful candidate will be required to present to Landowners and Agents both formally and informally.  The Land Manager will prepare and submit Land Approval Packs and be responsible for obtaining authority to acquire sites. My client has a flexible approach as to what level of experience they will consider for this role, therefore the successful Land Manager/Assistant Land Manager could have previously worked as a Land Buyer or and Assistant role looking for a step up the career ladder.
