JOB TITLE: Senior HR Business Partner (12 months contract) 



COMMUTABLE FROM:  Birmingham, Coventry, Hinckley, Redditch, Cannock, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Rugby, Tamworth, Leicester, Loughborough, Burton upon Trent, Derby, Stafford, Northampton and Nuneaton




  • £45 000 - 50 000 DOE
  • Overtime

  • hours of work (Mon-Fri, 9-5, 37 hours per week) 



COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is one if the leading energy providers in the UK.




  • Proven Experience in HR Change Management (business re-organisation, TUPE’s and Redundancy programmes etc.) 
  • Previous experience in complex HR projects 
  • Degree level or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Excellent labour law knowledge 
  • Interpret MI in order to identify trends and work with management to implement changes to working practise. 



ROLE INFORMATION: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking and managing HR projects to deliver a HR change management across a major organisation that employs over 13 000 people. You will also be responsible for working alongside Line managers to in the identification and development of talent to support the development of a robust succession plan. 

you will also be responsible to lead the consultation with trade unions and business forums with business areas of responsibility as well as supporting the implementation of Global HR initiatives and business change programmes, advise line managers in the principles of labour law and co-determination.
