My Client is a reputable national House Builder. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to recruit a Technical Manager to join their Northern team on a permanent basis.

 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

 

  • Strong Technical Knowledge
  • Knowledge of House Building industry
  • Strong people management skills

 

Role Information:

 

Reporting to the Group Technical Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to various departments within the company during feasibility studies and throughout the project lifetime.  The Technical Manager will be responsible for appointing external consultants, negotiating and agreeing fees, timescales and the ability to deliver. The successful candidate will also be required to act upon commercial implications in relation to planning and architectural design, civil and structural engineering and geotechnical and ground remediation strategies.  The Technical Manager will Co-ordinate all legal aspects in relation to various agreements, Section 38, 104, 278 etc.
