You must have the following:

•Good Mechanical Engineering and hand skills
•Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills

It will be advantageous if you have the following:

•Educated to HND level with a Production Engineering qualification
•Good 3D modelling and CAD Skills (Solid Edge)
•Working knowledge of design for injection moulding and die cast parts and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
•Motivated and positive team player

Role Information:

An opportunity exists for a flexible, high-calibre ‘hands-on’ individual to drive forward the mechanical and production engineering of the actuator based mass-market products.

•To assist in the Mechanical Engineering and production running of an expanding range of electromechanical actuators, products and amplifiers.
•Preparation of production specifications and product/design outlines.
•Responsible for the running and the maintenance of the prototyping workshop.
•To establish and maintain design engineering procedures, production control documentation and engineering change management systems where required.
